Dear RYLArians,

Welcome to the Rotary Youth Leadership Award (RYLA) Camp. You are the one recommended and chosen among keen competition because of your potential to be the future leader.

RYLA emphasizes on Leadership; Citizenship; and Personal Growth. Throughout the four days and three nights’ activities, I am sure you will discover more of your unknown self, a better understanding of community which you are living; and find out more problems solving technique.

Thanks to your participation, without you, we cannot have this camp in complete. More importantly, I salute to members of the organizing committee and working groups as most of them were the past RYLArains.

The RI Theme is Building Community and Bridging Continents. We believe that you are the future leader in the community, the more you know the complexity of it; the easier to find solutions. As the communication developed so fast, the world seems getting smaller and smaller, bridging continents is one of the key successes for making our world peaceful. This camp provides us a golden opportunity to experiencing our future challenges. Hope you enjoy it and making friendship along with sleepless nights.
