Dear Fellow Rotarians and RYLArians,

Welcome to RYLA 2010-2011 at Breakthrough Youth Village! As the RYLA Chairperson, I would like to thank you for taking this opportunity to learn, grow, and achieve as you prepare to be the future leaders.

You will receive the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) on completion of the programme because someone has identified your ability to lead others through teamwork, tolerance, and service.

Throughout the 4 days 3 nights camp our goal is to help you identify your strengths and weaknesses and then provide you with the skills to go back and lead in your communities, schools, and future careers.

By fully participating in the wide variety of programs and activities that our OC has developed for you, this camp experience will become one that you will never forget.

Embrace the program at all times in order to make the most of it. Listen, learn, grow and make lasting memories!

Finally, a gentle reminder, our theme of the year is Build the Future and Bridge the Culture. Don't forget power of "Synergy" at all time!
